Showing Vulnerability

Showing vulnerability can be a powerful way to relate to people.  Everyone has struggles in their lifes or points where they were Vulnerable to forces in the world.  Expand on this in the future.

This passage reminded me of this , it was taken from Keith Ferrazzi’s “Never Eat Alone” blog:

Why do I like travelling?

Why do I feel like I should use money to travel rather than do other things.  I need to figure out my priorities and why I really like travelling.  Is it because its so easy to meet people? What were the highlights of the trip for me? Just meeting Fru and Narnia and all the other random friends?  ISn’t it really just the awesome friendships you establish so quickly? Was it really the new environment?  Do I have to travel to get these things I like?

Internet Marketing Haze

Start with promise to bring something.  Go over, meet and made good friends with Dave.  Met Jessica, Jorg (german).  Stayed up late with lovedrop. Messy place. Mystery and LD filming blogs, oxy.  Leave jacket, promise to bring item for dave.  GO back next night to bring item, chill with dave meet mike L , ameesh, larry , warstomper? ppc management tool, launch coming soon, case study possibilities for learning? Film ld’s house transformation, daves nice place, offer to go to melrose with them.  Digitize tape.  Next day go to melrose film, buy new clothes dave.  GO back, chill mike etc. See mike L.’s place, beach place.  Learn about some marketing stuff. Saw matador and jdog in melrose. Came back to deliver video footage, problem with fat32 encoding drive.  Chill with all the marketing guys again, meet kelly (rjerk) and his columbian girl. Here about project hollywood plans.  Mike mentions he wants me to edit. Told mike im not that good at his house.  He says my vision will help.  Also seems like they just want people who can get things done, responsibly, etc.  Told to read book “influence” etc.  Home late every night. Today setup rod to get shoot stuff, answer emails, work mehow stuff. Talk to nikki b she canceled her condo.  IS there too many people at my condo now?
