As the days pass by

What’s funny are those moments in life when you realize things your parents have been saying for ages is true.  It’s crazy how fast time passes by, before you know it your married with kids, past the “prime” of your life.  Who decides what the prime part of your life is? It’s crazy to think that Im graduating soon… I’ve been rushing out of this semester as fast as I could and didn’t take the time to appreciate where i was.  I was rushing into change… it’s not that easy to accept that a huge part of your life is going to go.  I’m following the path… I need to make sure to have a huge network of friends no matter what I do.  I’m already getting old, Im getting out of college, Life is passing me by.  I still don’t know that I’ve done anything extraordinary.  I need to take an hour, sit down, and write down my goals.  I need to plan out my next year, my next 5 years, everything.  ITs the only fighting chance you have against time and the speed at which it quickens.  In the end you hope the memories hold you over till you die, those precious memories, the things that really only matter in the end.  Is life in that fleeting moment? or the rememberance of that moment?  Before I know it will I be rubbing my head looking at grey hair astonished at how old I’ve gotten.  It’s an interesting thing we have to do as humans, accept our fate, and see the timeline.  With conciousness comes responsibilty….
